BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham VA Health Care System (BVAHCS) has partnered with United Way to expand its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic beginning Monday, January 25, 2021.
The BVAHCS Vaccine Clinic will be moved to the United Way Building, 3600 8th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35222, and will administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for Veterans 65 years and older by appointment only.
If you are a Veteran 65 years and older and want the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine:
- Call the Birmingham VA Call Center at 866-487-4243 to schedule an appointment or
- Call your local CBOC to schedule an appointment
If you are a Veteran younger than 65 years old and are interested in getting the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine:

- Call your local CBOC to complete a patient interest note
